The company acts as a facilitator between the Client and Service Provider for smooth service coordination and management. These services are designed to cater to various caregiver requirements, ensuring comfort, convenience, and peace of mind for our clients.

We offer a comprehensive portfolio of caregiver services:
The Babysitter/Nanny shall assist in routine child care activities including feeding, hygiene support, supervision, playtime, and basic care of the child as instructed by the Client.
The Elderly Care attendant shall provide non-medical assistance to senior citizens, including mobility support, companionship, daily routine assistance, hygiene support, and monitoring of basic well-being.
The Japa/Newborn Caregiver shall assist the mother and newborn with post-delivery care, baby hygiene, feeding support, massage assistance, and maintaining cleanliness related to mother and baby care only.
The Caregiver/Patient Attendant shall provide bedside assistance to patients, including mobility support, hygiene care, feeding support, companionship, and routine non-clinical patient care as instructed by the family or medical professional.
Qualified Nursing staff (ANM/GNM) shall provide basic nursing and medical assistance, including medication administration, vitals monitoring, injections, dressing support, and other nursing duties within their professional qualifications.
.6. GDA Attendant for Elderly Care
The General Duty Assistant (GDA) shall assist elderly individuals with mobility support, hygiene care, feeding assistance, companionship, diaper support, and routine non-medical caregiving assistance under family guidance.
The therapist shall provide traditional prenatal or postnatal body massage therapy intended for relaxation, recovery, and wellness support for mother and baby as per standard practices and client comfort.
Domestic Helpers shall assist with routine household work, including cleaning, utensil washing, dusting, mopping, laundry, and other mutually agreed domestic duties, within working hours.
Any additional work outside the defined role, including heavy domestic work, cooking, cleaning beyond agreed duties, medical procedures, or overtime services, shall require prior approval and may attract additional charges.
Mother Touch Services operates as a service facilitator, connecting clients with skilled and trained helpers. We ensure that the staff recommended meets the client's stated requirements for professional and reliable care support.
Once a caregiver is deployed to the client's premises, he/she works directly under the client's supervision and management. The client is responsible for providing daily instructions, work schedules, and task allocation.
Mother Touch Services is not the direct employer of any deployed staff. Our role is limited to facilitation, coordination, and service management between the client and the domestic helper. The staff remains independently engaged, while Mother Touch Services provides support through recruitment, verification, and customer service.
The Service Provider shall work only during agreed working hours. Any requirement beyond scheduled timing, night duties, additional responsibilities, or extra shifts shall be treated as overtime/additional service and may incur extra charges.
Service Providers may be entitled to weekly offs, festival leaves, or emergency leave as per company policy and service category. The Client agrees to cooperate reasonably in such situations.
A service request with Mother Touch Services shall be treated as confirmed only after:
Mother Touch Services shall begin the candidate search and deployment process only after successful booking confirmation.
Mother Touch Services shall shortlist suitable candidates based on the Client’s requirements and service category.

To ensure proper service matching and Client satisfaction:
The deployment timeline depends upon multiple operational factors, including:
Mother Touch Services shall make reasonable efforts for timely deployment; however, delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
The Client agrees to provide complete and correct information related to the requested services, including:
Mother Touch Services shall not be responsible for service issues arising due to incomplete or incorrect information shared by the Client.
For operational, safety, and verification purposes, the Client may be required to provide:
Mother Touch Services reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue services in cases involving:
A paid trial period may be applicable depending upon the selected service category and operational requirements.
The Client agrees to make payments as per the agreed service plan, billing cycle, or contract terms communicated by Mother Touch Services.
Service facilitation, registration, onboarding, or deployment charges paid to Mother Touch Services shall generally be non-refundable.
The Client shall be responsible for the timely payment of the Service Provider’s salary as per the agreed terms.
Failure to make timely payments may result in operational actions by Mother Touch Services.
This may include:
The Client shall remain liable for clearing all outstanding dues and unpaid amounts.
Mother Touch Services may provide replacement support to ensure continuity of caregiving and domestic assistance services, subject to availability and company policy.
Replacement support may be applicable in situations where:
Mother Touch Services shall make reasonable efforts to arrange a suitable replacement within an estimated operational timeframe, subject to candidate availability, location, and service category.
For smooth replacement coordination:
Mother Touch Services reserves the right to deny replacement support under the following circumstances:
Unsafe or Unprofessional Environment
Change in Agreed Scope of Work
Payment & Contractual Issues
Direct Hiring or Policy Violation
Misuse of Replacement Facility
Mother Touch Services maintains this policy to ensure fairness, transparency, safety, and professional service standards for both Clients and Service Providers.
By availing services from Mother Touch Services, the Client agrees to maintain a professional, safe, and cooperative environment for smooth service operations.
The Client shall ensure that the Service Provider is treated with dignity, safety, and respect at all times.
The Client agrees to:
Mother Touch Services reserves the right to discontinue services in case of unsafe or inappropriate working conditions.
The Client shall be responsible for the timely payment of all agreed salaries, service charges, and applicable dues.

Payment delays may affect service continuity, replacement support, or ongoing service commitments.
The Client agrees to follow all service terms and operational policies communicated by Mother Touch Services.
The Client shall not:
Violation of company policies may result in termination of services and withdrawal of replacement benefits.
The Client agrees not to directly hire, employ, or engage any Service Provider introduced by Mother Touch Services during the active service period and for a period of 6 months after termination without written approval from the company.

For effective service management and timely resolution, the Client should promptly report any service-related concerns to Mother Touch Services.

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to address genuine concerns professionally.
The Client shall remain solely responsible for the safety and security of valuables and sensitive belongings at the premises.
Clients are advised to securely maintain:
Mother Touch Services shall not be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage unless legally established through proper investigation and due process.
The Client agrees to provide complete and accurate information related to service requirements and cooperate during the service period.
This includes:
Any operational issue arising due to incomplete or misleading information shall remain the responsibility of the Client.
In case of any medical emergency, accident, injury, or health-related issue occurring at the Client’s premises:
Mother Touch Services acts as a service facilitation and coordination company connecting Clients with suitable Service Providers.
The Company shall not be held responsible for:
The Client shall remain responsible for managing and supervising work activities at the service location.
Mother Touch Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising during or after the service period.
This includes, but is not limited to:
The Company does not guarantee medical, emotional, or therapeutic results from caregiving or support services.
The Service Provider shall perform only the duties agreed at the time of booking or deployment.
Mother Touch Services shall not be responsible for incidents arising due to:
Such actions may also affect replacement eligibility and ongoing support services.
The Client is advised to maintain appropriate supervision and safety arrangements during the service period.
The Client shall be responsible for:
Mother Touch Services’ role remains limited to service facilitation, coordination, and support assistance.
In case of any legal complaint, dispute, or investigation:
If the Client chooses to cancel the service request before deployment of the Service Provider, refund eligibility shall be governed as per the applicable service plan, booking terms, or written agreement.

Once the Service Provider has been successfully deployed, service facilitation and onboarding charges shall generally become non-refundable.

Any exception to the refund policy shall be valid only if specifically approved by Mother Touch Services in writing.
In situations where service deployment is postponed or rescheduled at the Client’s request, advance payments may be adjusted toward future services, subject to company approval and operational feasibility.
Such adjustments shall depend upon:
Either party may terminate the service arrangement by providing prior notice as per the agreed contract terms.

All services, agreements, and operational activities of Mother Touch Services shall remain subject to applicable Indian laws, rules, and regulations.
In the event of any dispute, concern, or grievance arising out of the services:
If the dispute remains unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida / Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Mother Touch Services shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, transport issues, government orders, or emergencies.
