A 7-day prior notice is required for cancellation. If an 11-month contract is cancelled before 6 months, 40% of the commission/service fee will be refunded. If cancelled after 6 months but before 9 months, 20% refund will be provided. If cancelled after 9 months, no refund will be applicable. Monthly or other service contracts are non-refundable.

We provide Gold and Premium service options with trained and verified caregivers. Premium includes more experienced professionals and additional benefits based on your needs . A 3-day trial period is provided. After the trial ends, the full service charge must be paid in one payment within the next 3 days. If you cancel the staff during the trial period, the payment for the trial days will be paid directly to us. If the staff continues permanently, the trial days will be counted in the total working days.
